Ken Schwartz in answer to a demand for improvement and excellence in foodservice consulting and design by foodservice professionals, restaurateurs, developers and architects throughout the world. Since its inception,

SSA has established a distinguished clientele from around the world. Our staff of experienced, well-qualified consultants which includes professional foodservice consultants, foodservice designers, management and operational experts, a registered dietitian and a certified public accountant coupled with our trained technical support staff prides itself on satisfying the often problematic needs of our clients.
